It was on a sunday morning. Joo won and I woke up at 8.00am, got ready and went to church as their service was at 9am. We got to go to this church because my aunt introduced to me. We attended a youth service. With about 30 students all together.
It was odd at first, as their "praise and worship" was done while sitting down and not much clapping and the worship leader made alot of mistakes and made unnecessary faces on stage. haha.
But the preaching was short and very good. The pastor showed us a clip of narnia and asked us what did you realise from this clip? He told us that the lion (Aslan) is like Jesus who sacrificed himself to the witch (Devil) to save Peter (us). When I watched the clip, i felt so touched and almost teared.
After the service, the pastor pulled us both out to stage and asked us to introduce ourselves.haha.
Then, we got into our "cell groups" i was in Form3 group and Joo won was in Form1 group.
I believe this church can grow so big. cause our church started small too. but to see so many youths welcoming us , it was really awesome :)
